Weekend FREE access is classified as Fridays and Saturdays only at all Fitness First clubs in the UAE excluding Community Clubs, XFit Studios and additional paid services such as Personal Training.
To obtain weekend FREE access, you must show proof of challenge registration and Fitness First FREE weekend access email confirmation to reception staff upon entering the club
