About
Abdou has been teaching since 2013. He started his swimming teaching career in a Fitness Club in Egypt teaching beginners, he developed his knowledge and was promoted to coaching the advanced swimmers in 2014. He joined Fitness First as a lifeguard and swim instructor to continue his teaching. His favorite strokes to teach are breaststroke and freestyle. Abdou enjoys his teaching and works with water games to ensure the swimmers have fun whilst learning, also creating competitions in the sessions where possible for younger swimmers to motivate and engage his swimmers.
